Junghof Plaza Frankfurt

PGIM Real Estate, together with Frankfurter Gewerbeimmobilien GmbH (FGI), hands over the Frankfurt commercial redevelopment project Junghof Plaza to the investment management company  LUWIN Real Estate.

Built in 2003, the building was acquired by PGIM Real Estate in 2016. It was extensively refurbished and redeveloped into a modern mixed-use building. The two inner courtyards now house a hotel, state-of-the-art office space, and retail and food and beverage outlets. Henning Larsen Architects from Copenhagen, one of Scandinavia's leading architectural firms, was responsible for the design. Over 90 percent of the 33,000 m² of rented space has already been let. Anchor tenants include the international law firm Clifford Chance and Ruby Hotels.

When KVL joined the project it was already under construction. KVL was responsible for controlling the operational project management and site supervision, as well as project completion and hand over to the buyer. KVL also carried out the cost controlling.
