Directly in Berlin downtown on the urban train station Friedrichstraße arises a 4 stars plus Hotel with 221 rooms on an area of about 13,000 m². It occupies a for years undeveloped area.

The blueprint of the architect Alfred Prasch, nps tchoban voss, Hamburg envisage a new building of a hotel with 9 floors of exalted standard which disposes of a restaurant with bar, a conference area for about 200 persons and a wellness area.

The building is with cellar. In the 2 basements 102 parking, the technical control room and the staff rooms are planned. The rooms a completely air-conditioned and dispose of an exalted technical equipment.

The hotel receives a transparent single-leaf steel-glass-façade in which, due to the change of open and close elements, an individual impression arises.

KVL assumes in this project the Project Management during the construction works always consulting the client Ludger Inholte Projektentwicklung, Hamburg.
