Multifunctional complex

In the most eastern city of over a million inhabitants of Europe is a project going to be realised, which is unique for this particular area. The implementation of the multifunctional complex presents the project team with a special challenge. There are going to be three basements for the underground garage, six floors for retail, which provide a wellness section, conference section and restaurants. Also there is going to be an office tower which will measure 100 meter and a hotel tower for Sheraton.

Other features are implemented in the claim of high quality – regarding the high standard the project will be the first of its kind in this region. The site has a slope of 16 meter. Additionally there are extreme temperature fluctuations up to 90 degree.

The teamwork of russian planners, german planners and english representatives of the Starwood-Group is highly complex. The processing of the project takes place in three countries simultaneously. Beside the meetings in Russia and Germany the project members also use an internet based project communication system.

The KVL is completely responsible for the project management according to the German AHO. The close communication between the investor and the planners is very important to the KVL.
