Leipzig/Berlin, 22 November 2021 – QUARTERBACK Immobilien AG and KVL Bauconsult GmbH join forces to bring their strengths in project development and management together. Both companies have entered into a close and long-term partnership agreement. QUARTERBACK, one of Germany's leading project developers, is acquiring a 35 percent stake in KVL and will become a partner in the company, which specialises in project management, expert assessments and strategic and technical real estate consulting, with effect from 1 January 2022.
The new partners are united by their common interest in developing and expanding new future business areas and strengthening existing locations. Both companies implement and manage project developments throughout Germany from their own representative offices that include Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt am Main, Munich and Stuttgart.
Headquartered in Leipzig, QUARTERBACK is a nationwide project developement firm which undertakes and implements construction projects. It currently manages over 40 active construction sites, with a business focus that also includes portfolio and asset management. Construction volume nationwide stands at around eight billion euros. KVL Bauconsult is headquartered in Berlin and is one of Germany's leading project management firms.
